However, natural products such as plants and seeds may vary in:

Product photographs may not always represent the exact individual item you will receive.

8. Customer Responsibility for Import Requirements
The customer is responsible for checking the import requirements of their destination country before placing an order.
Customers should contact the relevant plant quarantine, customs, agriculture, or other competent authority in their country before purchasing regulated plant materials.
An order should only be placed when the customer is satisfied that the products can legally be imported into their country.
Induare Agro is not responsible for an import application being rejected, delayed, or denied by authorities in the destination country.
9. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the customer is responsible for any charges imposed by the destination country, including:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT/GST
- Quarantine fees
- Inspection fees
- Storage fees
- Treatment fees
- Brokerage fees
- Other government or courier charges
These charges are outside the control of Induare Agro.
Failure to pay applicable charges may result in the shipment being delayed, returned, destroyed, or otherwise handled by the relevant authorities or carrier.
10. Shipping
Shipping methods and estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

- Courier
- Customs processing
- Quarantine inspection
- Weather conditions
- Transportation conditions
- Public holidays
- Other circumstances outside our control
Any delivery timeframe provided by Induare Agro is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Once a shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, customs, quarantine authorities, or other third parties may be outside our control.
11. Phytosanitary Certificates and Export Documents
Where applicable, Induare Agro may arrange a phytosanitary certificate or other export documentation required from Indonesia.
The availability and requirements for these documents may depend on:

- Requirements of Indonesian authorities

A phytosanitary certificate issued in Indonesia does not guarantee entry into the destination country.
The customer remains responsible for meeting the import requirements of the destination country.
12. Plants and Seeds
Plants and seeds are natural biological products.
Their condition may change during storage and transportation.
For seeds, we do not guarantee germination unless a specific germination guarantee is expressly stated on the product page or in a written agreement.
For live plants and tissue culture products, minor changes in appearance, color, leaf condition, or growth may occur during transportation.
Customers should follow appropriate acclimatization and care instructions after receiving live plant material.
13. Shipping Risk for Live Plants and Biological Materials
Live plants, seedlings, tissue culture products, seeds, and other biological materials may be affected by transportation conditions.
Possible effects may include:
- Dehydration
- Leaf yellowing
- Leaf loss
- Wilting
- Physical damage
- Mold or contamination
- Dormancy
- Delayed growth
- Reduced viability
These conditions do not automatically mean that a product was defective when shipped.
Any claim relating to the condition of a shipment should be supported by clear photographs and, where appropriate, video evidence taken immediately after delivery.
14. Prohibited or Restricted Imports
We may refuse to ship products to destinations where the applicable regulations prohibit or significantly restrict the importation of the product.
If we determine that an order cannot legally be shipped, we may contact the customer regarding cancellation, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
